From the Editor’s desk

60 years have passed since Jawahar Lal Nehru made the historic speech on the eve of India's independence. Since then, a lot of things have changed, but one thing that has not changed is the way our leaders are eager to out class each other when it comes to giving speeches and making promises. But, with time, people have become aware of their rights and duties, making the Political as wel as the Executive Mastesr of the country more responsible and accountable.

Media, both print and electronic, has played an important role in the awakening that has characterised the last decade or so for India. The MAG  hopes to make it's own little contribution to take India to greater heights in the years to come.

It is only the third issue of The MAG, but already we have been receiving great feedback and support from our readers. We look forward to continued support from you and hope we are able to get more readers and contributors in our effort. And in order to make the site more interesting and interactive, from the next issue will carry a "A picture is worth  fifteen words" contest, where you get a chance to use your creativity and pen a caption for a picture.

 Till next time!
